Every season, Pixie Mood produces video assets to introduce the new styles. For their SS22 Collection,  I was given the opportunity to rethink our approach to these video assets. I completely revamped its art direction and format to create assets that can be a successful brand expression and multi-functional on e-commerce, social media and wholesale channels.

E-commerce consumers consistently cited that they had an incorrect size perception of Pixie Mood's products as their reason for return.

Pixie Mood's video assets were previously created primarily for wholesale selling platforms and agents. 

I proposed creating videos that would solve the e-commerce returns challenge, be functional for wholesale platforms and would contain mood shots that could be used for social media. I also proposed an increase in budget for higher production value - videos that looked and felt consistent with our other elevated brand touchpoints.
